Level Up Your Anniversary Mail: Free 75th Anniversary Envelope Templates

If you caught my last post, I showcased the Cru 75th Anniversary logo. I’ve started using it to create a celebratory tone with our ministry partners throughout 2026. Whether you’re using the U.S. version (pictured) or the global edition, it’s a beautiful way to honor this milestone.

You could use the logo as a letterhead or in your email signature. I offered a free template to use for thank-you notes or postcards.

Building on those ideas, I put together some matching envelope templates to ensure your stationery looks polished from the moment it hits the mailbox. Consider this post your “Part Two” toolkit.

The “Thank You” Touch (A2 Envelopes)

Did you download your free, Cru-branded thank-you note from last time? As you know, handwritten notes are the best way to express appreciation to our ministry partners. Using the logo will encourage them to celebrate with us.

A plain white envelope felt like a missed opportunity, so I’m offering a template with a colorful return address.

  • The Look: Clean, branded, and professional.
  • The Fit: These are designed for standard A2 invitation envelopes.
  • Get it here: Download the A2 Template from Cru’s Google Drive and start customizing your envelopes today.

The Prayer Letter Upgrade (#10 Envelopes)

When you mail your prayer letter highlighting Cru’s incredible 75-year journey, give your friends a “sneak peek” before they even open the mail.

Quick Tips for Success

  • How to Edit:  These links are “View Only” to keep the master templates safe. To start editing, just go to File > Make a copy to save them to your own Google Drive.
  • Printing Your Envelopes: To make sure the logos line up perfectly, double-check your printer settings. Select the correct paper size (A2 or #10) and ensure “Scale” is set to 100% (not “Fit to Page”).
  • Digital Bonus: If you send your newsletters through Mailchimp, drop the anniversary logo into your email header or near your signature.

How Will You Be Celebrating?

We’re on the lookout for some nice commemorative stamps at USPS.com to complement all our envelopes.

After official celebration announcements roll out, we’ll write our newsletter about Cru’s milestone in late 2026.
