e4e Summer Reading List

If you have time to take care of a few things this summer, I’m offering a “Summer Reading List.”

e4e Summer Reading List

Revisit some eQuipping for eMinistry (e4e) blog posts and take action, if needed.

Postage Costs Are Going Up

The first on your list is time-sensitive. Read 5-cent Increase for First-Class Forever Stamp on July 14, 2024. Last night, I figured out how many stamps we need for prayer letters, fund appeals, thank-you notes, and greeting cards.  I ordered them all at USPS.com.

You might want to get a few gifts in the mail soon, too. Read Why You Should Consider Sending Gifts in the Summer.

Get Set Up with TripIt

Cru offers TripIt Pro to all US and global staff. Find out more and get onboard at A TripIt Journey and Cash Back.

Reimbursement Help

Are you catching up with P&A claims? This free Healthcare Reimbursement Checklist will help you get by until I can update the healthcare spreadsheet.

I recommend spreadsheets for managing your reimbursements. I redid my free download: ministry reimbursement spreadsheet.

MPD Planning

This summer I’ll be considering how to show appreciation for our ministry partners. Read more about gifts and things to do with them.

Printers and Printing

Learn best practices and how to save money with your printer and printing at Don’t Risk Damage to Your Printer with Low Ink.

When Disaster Strikes

Unfortunately, we’ve seen so many disasters lately. Bookmark this post so you know how to check on your family, friends, and ministry partners.

Pull Back from the Rush and Hustle

Read my short post on Coming in Out of the Wind by C. S. Lewis.

No Blogging This Summer

I hung up my Superwoman cape a few years ago. I make more choices now instead of trying to do everything.

I looked at my summer schedule and decided I’ll take a break from blogging. I have some medical appointments to fit in, I want to do extensive MPD work, and I’ve planned several family trips (Grandbaby Number Eight is due).

These things will fill my time. I don’t plan to blog.

In the fall, I’ll start back up. I’ll let you know what ideas I’m considering for future posts.

I’ll check in with you, too, to see what you’re interested in.
