This annual process deserves your careful attention, so I thought it would be helpful to alert you because you’re “locked out” of the StaffWeb until you agree to the policies. You don’t want to feel rushed or pressured to complete them if you’re needing to get a reimbursement in or your OneCard cleared by a deadline. If you haven’t logged in today, find a free half hour soon when you can carefully look over policies.

In checking the documents, I noticed many mentions of how to use eMail and other communication. Also read about blogging content and about what we have on our devices.

I recommend taking this annual opportunity to assess how you’re doing with your electronic communication. It’s a good reminder of Who we represent and what our online presence should be.
